I. Performance and Applications

▲ Specifically designed for reclaimed water quality, it controls scaling caused by calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and iron oxide precipitation, extends system cleaning cycles, prolongs membrane life, and reduces costs;

▲ Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 3.0 without acid addition;

▲ Does not form insoluble substances by coagulating with iron and aluminum oxides or silicon compounds;

▲ Suitable for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes;

▲ Excellent solubility and stability;

▲ Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5-10.

III. Dosing Instructions

Calculate an appropriate dosing concentration based on water quality analysis reports and system conditions. The typical dosing concentration is 3–8 ppm, diluted 10 times with desalinated water.

IV. Usage Methods

▲ The chemical should be dosed before the security filter;

▲ Calibrate the actual output of the dosing pump;

▲ Stir the prepared solution thoroughly for 15–20 minutes;

▲ Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

V. Packaging and Storage

※   Packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg or 20 kg per drum.

※   Physicochemically stable, store in a cool place, with a shelf life of 2 years.

VI. Safety Precautions

Operate with labor protection measures; avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
